Medvedev: the government will amend the anti-crisis plan

The government will complement the anti-crisis plan other activities, its quality will be verified in practice, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

“If necessary, as I said at the time of approval of the plan, we will be complemented by other actions. In other words, it’s just not a dogma, it is a working document, the quality and effectiveness of which will be verified in practice”, - said Medvedev, speaking at a meeting with entrepreneurs.

The Federal government at the end of January published a crisis management plan in support of the Russian economy for 2015-2016. This package of measures is intended to ensure sustainable economic development due to unfavorable foreign economic and political conditions, in particular in connection with the fall in oil prices, the sanctions imposed by the West against the background of the crisis on Ukraine and the Russian response. A list of the main activities consists of 60 points, however, as noted, can be adjusted depending on the situation.
