VKontakte has become a leader in the Moscow market, by total audience of the website and mobile applications in July 2014 – mobile version of the social network used for 22.8% of the population of the capital, according to a study by TNS, announced at the conference RIW-2014.
In second place was the mobile search and the main portal page of Google – it was used to 15.2% of the population in third place – “Yandex” (home page search) of 9.7%.
Among other popular services WhatsApp – 13.2% of the audience, Instagram – 10.6% and mail client Mail.ru of 9.7%.
The study was carried out using the panel dimension in the audience 12–64 years.
