Sands: the talks between the leaders of France, Germany and Russia were meaningful

The negotiations of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with the President of France Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, which took place more than five hours in Moscow, were constructive and meaningful, informed the press-Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.

“In continuation of yesterday’s contacts French President Hollande and Chancellor Merkel in Kiev today was their constructive and meaningful substantive talks with the Russian President,” said Sands.
