The Moscow city court has postponed to February 11, consideration of complaints extension of house arrest businessman Levon Hayrapetyan, the accused on charges of embezzlement and money laundering in the sale of shares in Bashneft, told RIA Novosti press-service of the court.

Earlier in the Basmanny court of Moscow, which took the decision to extend the measure, said that the meeting will be held on Monday, however, then the court appointed him on Wednesday 11 February.

The defendant was released from jail and released under house arrest, but the defense wants more to soften the restraint and release him on bail or on his own recognizance.

The investigation accused of Hayrapetyan’s involvement in the sale in April 2009 Ural Rakhimov “Bashneft”, which he headed three years, the structures of AFK “Sistema”. Due to its comprehensive arbitration process “Bashneft” returned to the state.
